BOSS Consulting is a Business Operational Support Service created just for you. We use a simple methodology and a modern approach to consulting. With over 35 years of business experience, Bev Howard understands the challenges that business owners face on a day-to-day basis.
We can help you with company growth, profitability, team troubles and the effective management of your time. BOSS Consulting was created when Bev saw a huge need for business support within her local community across Merseyside and Lancashire. Bev has a keen eye for detail and is able to walk in the footsteps of the business owner within their company.

At the initial appointment we aim to:

- Estimate the time commitment needed from us both

Together, we will calculate future growth through planning and goal setting. We will be beside you every step of the way to steer you in the right direction.
Team Management
We can support and facilitate:
- One to one or group mentoring within the team
- Ongoing personal development support for your team
- Training programmes on sales, lead generation, vision and goals, growth and profitability, mindset, and motivation
- Hands-on weekly or monthly strategy meetings to ensure your projects run as they should
- Recruitment support with online job posts, arranging interviews, replying to candidates
We take on the vital role that allows your team to give an upward appraisal, whilst implementing and actioning the subtleties of your plan.
Marketing Assessment
Walking in a customer’s footsteps is something we can do for you. Areas of your business branding we can assess are:

Foundation
Cost: £325 + vat per month
A focus on establishing fundamental strategies and implementing tailored systems to support your business model
45 minutes of in-person coaching per month and 1 hour of dedicated remote working on your business per month
OR
2 hours of in-person coaching, dedicated to keeping you focused and holding you accountable.
Annual goal setting
Access to a consultant via email, text, WhatsApp or telephone from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Elevate
Cost: £495 + vat per month
- Aimed at optimising processes, enhancing efficiency and maximising company profitability
- 60 minutes of in-person consulting time per month
- 3 hours of dedicated working on your business, either remote or on site
- Annual goal setting
- Access to a consultant, via email, text, WhatsApp or telephone, from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Summit
Cost: £695 + vat per month
- Comprehensive, visionary guidance to move your business forward, helping you to master the challenges and seize the opportunities
- 60 minutes of in-person consulting time per month
- Annual goal setting
- Monthly revenue/profit analysis
- Team KPI setting twice a year
- 4 hours dedicated work on your business remote or on site
- Access to a consultant, via email, text, WhatsApp, or telephone from Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
- Twilight access if the business trades out of hours from 5pm to 10pm

Shopping

Do you want to improve the customer journey within your business and find solutions to the obstacles to spending with you?
Mystery Shopping includes;
- Making a purchase through your website, via telephone or social media
- Visiting your premises to make a purchase
- Assessment of the customer journey
- Review of pricing structures in use and how they are visually conveyed
- In store assessment of ambience and navigation for the shopper

Depending on which programme you choose will dictate how much time we spend together. Other than that there will be times when you need to focus on your business, giving it the time it deserves.
Usually once we agree to work together it is beneficial to share the company structure, profit and loss, any KPIs that are in place, training records, contracts and handbook.
